Chris Page is originally from Detroit, MI, and has lived and worked in New York City, Los Angeles, and Paris. He currently resides in his adopted city of New Orleans, Louisiana, and is a faculty member of the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts, teaching drawing and painting to (mostly) enthusiastic students. In 2016 Chris completed an MFA in Painting from the New York Academy of Art, and also holds a Ph.D. in Historical Musicology from U.C.L.A.
His work has received many local awards, in New York and New Orleans, and has been published in many volumes, most notably in the “Stokes of Genius” series.
